Because each brand on MadeUSA manufactures and fulfills its own products, return policies may vary slightly by brand. That said, we expect every brand on our platform to stand behind what they make and handle returns in a fair and reasonable way.
If you need to return or exchange a product, start by contacting us. We will coordinate directly with the brand to guide the process and make sure it is handled properly.
Most returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. Some items may have different requirements depending on how they are made or shipped.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, we will move quickly to make it right. That may include a replacement, repair, or refund. You will not be left to resolve the issue on your own.
